Documentarian Focused on Capturing Tribal Religions
Viliam Poltikovič is a documentarian. Before 1989, he made films with psychological and sociological themes, then in 1989, he changed his focus to documentaries. Most of them have spiritual themes, often regarding primitive tribes and their traditions, religions, rituals and medicine. He also works as a cameraman, photographer and writes books. At this point, he has made over 150 films including The Death as a Gateway, We Live From Energy, We Are Energy, Dalai Lama in the Footsteps of Buddha and others.
