Teacher and Lecturer in Alternative Pedagogy
After getting her chemistry degree, Lada Fialová taught at an agricultural high school and was involved in drug prevention programs for teens. Through her experience in homeschooling and teaching at a high school, she became more interested in education and pedagogy. She attended courses in Waldorfian and Montessori pedagogy, an internship at a Russian family school, critical thinking courses and MBTI seminars. Through this, Fialová developed a voice for alternative methods of education, focusing on co-learning and personality development. She has been invited to various lectures and discussions concerning alternative ways of education. She is also interested in esotericism and Hinduism and leads meditation seminars.
